Mute Call Put yourself on mute for active call, you will still be able to hear remote party.
Pause Call If pause is pressed both parties will be muted and unable to hear each other but call remains active.
Caller ID display Display Caller ID and extension name.

Phone Callback When softphone is not registered or when network quality is poor ShineCloud Mobile can use callback feature to make calls go via GSM. After you dial a number on your SC Mobile App, callback will be initiated and your mobile phone will be called by Cloud PBX, once you answer the phone, call to number you dialled will be initiated.
